We specialize in dry, hard cider made with organic apples grown on our ranch in Julian, California. Our ciders, which are free from gluten, sulfites, and added sugars, contain only two ingredients: apples and native yeast. Some of our more complex flavors incorporate elements from other parts of the orchard ecosystem, such as honey from our pollinator bees, wild herbs, or pears when they’re in season.
After washing, pressing, and allowing the apples to ferment, we keg our product for you to taste at our taproom. We sell flights, which include all four rotating ciders, as well as pints, 32-oz growlers, and 64-oz growlers, and encourage customers to enjoy the orchard scenery and seating while they sip.
We hope that when you try our hard cider, you can tell that it is as true to its origins as it is bold and unique in flavor.
